PAYMENT

 

  • All payments are processed safely and securely through PayPal.

 

  • We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. We can also send you a Paypal invoice through e-mail if you prefer that method.

 

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is a flat $5.50 for all US domestic orders. I ship all my packages through USPS with delivery confirmation. Each item is carefully handmade so delivery times vary. Packages should arrive within 7-10 business days unless stated otherwise.
  • International Orders are a flat $15.00. Package time varies country to country but usually arrives within 10-15 business days.
  •  Expedited shipping is available for certain items upon request. 
  • If you would like insurance or an upgrade in shipping, please contact me or write it in the Message to Seller box at checkout.

 

 


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Not what you wanted? Need an exchange? Please, if you have a problem with a package, let me know! We can most likely work something out.  I really just want you to be happy!

  •  We will exchange or refund merchandise in full minus shipping costs if returned in original packaging within 10 days of receipt. 
  •  We are not responsible for packages with confirmation lost in the mail by the USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance for a package, let me know.
